Quick guide for the counter
- Tap Use camera and point at the employee's wallet QR, or Enter code manually.
- The employee card turns green when the QR is valid and allowances are loaded.
- Use + / − to pick items. Quantities are capped by remaining balance and daily limits.
- Tap Confirm Redemption. Balances update instantly; the QR cannot be reused.
- If a QR says expired or already used, ask the employee to refresh their wallet.
Need extra vouchers for someone? They can request them from their wallet; a manager approves in the management console.
